Overview
Our agent program is simple. We have an ongoing stream of innovative patented inventions that we are attempting to license to interested manufacturers and/or wholesale/distributors. As a manufacturing agent, you already possess many established relationships with companies who may be interested in licensing new product inventions from our company. The idea is to leverage the relationships that you have built over the years to gain access to manufacturers and distributors to present them with new opportunities.
Traditionally, agents call on retailers on behalf of their principle manufacturers in order to sell new products into retail. Our program focuses on presenting new inventions/opportunities directly to the manufacturers with the goal of licensing the invention for royalties.
What’s in it for the agent?
As an agent, why would you want to participate in our agent program? Simple! It’s easy and it pays ongoing commissions for little effort.
-
Commissions - If we license the invention with your help, we'll pay you ongoing commissions for the lifetime of the license agreement. Our inventor clients have agreed to pay us 25% of total royalties received from the license agreement. As our agent, we’ll split the royalties 50/50 with you if you help us secure a license agreement through your manufacturing contacts.
-
Quick & Easy - Our program was designed specifically to provide a quick and easy way for you to receive and review new product ideas. When we have a new product that meets your criteria, we will email you a link to the Invention Portfolio. If you feel the idea has merit, simply forward the link to manufacturers/distributors that you think might have an interest in the product (i.e.: your contacts). If they are interested, you connect us with them and your work is done. Note, we are not asking you to call on your retail accounts, although some agents like the idea of getting feedback from retailers to help entice their manufacturing contacts.
How do you get started?
We first ask that you complete our simple registration process. Then, when we have a new product invention that meets your criteria, we will email you a link to that Invention Portfolio, which contains information, pictures and/or a virtual prototype for the product. View sample website. If you feel the idea has merit, simply forward the link to manufacturers/distributors that you think might have an interest in the product (i.e.: your contacts). If they are interested, you connect us with them and your work is done. If we end up licensing the product, we will pay you 50% of our earnings for the lifetime of the license agreement.
There are no costs or risks to you, and the amount of effort on your part is minimal, plus you'll gain access to an ongoing source of new product ideas that will benefit you and your manufacturers.
